The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

why haven't you put your own stuff in the portfolio? it's not that bad, it's not good but you've got something to show. If I was a client and choose you based on works in your portfolio and than get shit you've used to create I woundn't pay you for sure, and let know my friends of such dumbass, so in a matter of fact it's not good for you at all. Remove the knassar header as it's still used as your portfolio header. That was fucking brilliant...
People put a great deal of time and effort in their work, and not to have someone claim it's theirs.
Being inspired by your favorite artist should push you to better them. Claiming their art for your own wouldn't help you as a designer, or even as a person in fact.
You're only really angering people here on dA and making them dislike you and ruining your character and reputation in the process.
I was talking to a friend of mine the other day, I was telling him about how I'm really trying to come up with my own fresh style. I've been working for many months and my portfolio still isn't up, but I'm striving to be creative on my own.
I think people telling you those mean things and I don't blame them, but that wouldn't help you in any way.
Just look at their reactions to what you do and realize that it was in fact wrong.
If you would like to talk about design sometime I'd be happy to share my knowledge and help you out to create your own designs.
